EPC recently completed a high-specification tiling and stonework package at a landmark commercial address in Central London, delivering another seamless project for Overbury. The construction adhered to green building standards, incorporating renewable energy features and sustainable materials throughout - aligning with the client’s environmental and corporate responsibility goals.

Spanning seven floors of a prestigious financial workplace, EPC installed over 1,200m² of porcelain tiling to WCs, showers, and collaboration areas. Materials were sourced from trusted suppliers Solus and Domus Group, following the client’s recommendations.

The project also featured 250m² of bespoke natural stone to the ground floor and Level 01 which EPC aided the architects in procuring and sourcing, based on their design intent. The stone was drawn, templated, cut to size and installed through the aid of CAD design and waterjet cutting.

To support delivery across the multi-level site, EPC produced detailed CAD drawings for all tiling layouts and interfaces. This ensured consistency and accuracy at every stage of the installation.
